Should I be elected to membership, I hereby agree to abide to the By-Laws of the San Francisco Chinese Golf Club as they are now constituted or hereafter amended. I affirm that I have read the By-Laws of the club printed on the reverse side hereof. I certify that information given herein is true and correct and agree that any falsification hereof or personal conduct can be cause for expelling me from membership. I hereby waive any rights I may have either in law or equity, should it become necessary because of personal conduct to expel me from membership. I understand that in the event I do not play a minimum of one tournament this year, my membership for the following year may be reviewed because of my non-playing status.
